What we compare
Two offers, one completed month, one country and one service. Up to 10,000 shipments in two consistent tables: shipments and billed items. We check a sample before accepting the scope.
What we need
Both rate cards and terms, a shipment export, the corresponding billing data and someone who can explain exceptions. Incomplete or inconsistent data may require a pilot or separately scoped cleaning.
What you receive

- A recommendation, a proposed limited operational test and a 60-minute handover.
The fee includes one consolidated revision within the agreed scope. At handover, we walk through changing an assumption so your team can use the model.
What we agree before starting
Limits of the comparison
The fee does not include running an operational test, contract negotiation, dispatch management, integrations or ongoing monitoring. A modelled difference is not a realised saving. We may recommend keeping the current arrangement or obtaining specific missing evidence first.
Scope, payment and changes
The written brief confirms the deliverable, inputs, currency, start date, payment schedule and acceptance terms before work begins. A new country, question, data format or larger sample requires a separately agreed fee before further work. External specialist reviews, paid data, translations and travel are quoted and approved in advance.
Who leads the work and handles implementation
Martin Vaverka leads the brief, scope and recommendation. We confirm the responsible analyst, a reviewer for unclear tariff terms and availability before accepting the project. Michal Sýkora leads technical design and subsequent implementation at STRJ under a separate engagement. Your own team or another provider can also use the output.
If the data is not ready for the full project
We first narrow the question, propose a separately paid pilot or define different work. A pilot is not a compulsory first step and its fee is not automatically credited against a later project. Pilot terms and current fees.
