Market entry & outreach

Find the right partners.
Start the conversation.

Entering Czechia, Slovakia or another agreed European market? We research companies and distribution routes, build the target list and prepare the offer. With STRJ, a separately scoped campaign covers outreach, replies and next steps.

Which company deserves
a closer look?

Three synthetic distributors. One brief, three different decisions. Names, data and contact states are fictional; this is not a client database.

Distributor AThe range fits. Capacity is still unknown.

Fictional record · Distributor A

The brief
A manufacturer needs a wholesaler serving independent stores in Czechia.
Evidence in the model
The fictional catalogue lists complementary products and B2B sales.
What is unknown
Warehouse capacity, the responsible buyer and contact conditions are unverified.
Commercial reasoning
The offer could complement the range. A catalogue alone is not enough to begin outreach.
Approach
Verify distribution capacity first. Shape the product argument for a confirmed role.

Next stepComplete the checks before adding the company to a campaign.

Distributor BThe right country. The wrong business model.

The brief
The same brief: get a product into independent stores.
Evidence in the model
The fictional terms describe direct-to-consumer sales only.
What is unknown
Interest and the contact person are not investigated further: a decisive criterion is missing.
Commercial reasoning
Operating in Czechia is not enough. This firm does not offer the required wholesale route.
Approach
Do not send an offer. Geographic coverage cannot make up for an incompatible distribution model.

Next stepExclude the company and retain the reason in the database.

Distributor CThe criteria fit. Interest is unconfirmed.

Fictional record · Distributor C

Approved in the model
The brief
The same manufacturer needs a partner serving independent Czech stores.
Evidence in the model
The fictional record confirms wholesale distribution, a relevant range and service to the target stores.
What is unknown
We do not know whether the partner wants a new brand or will accept the commercial terms.
Commercial reasoning
There is a reason for an individual conversation. There is no confirmed demand.
Approach
Explain a specific addition to the range and propose a conversation about distribution terms.

Next stepPrepare an individual message; send only within the approved campaign scope.

B&F brief · STRJ implementation

Build the entry campaign

Segment and company selection, a database with contact verification, the offer and individual arguments. STRJ builds the materials, landing page and agreed CRM handover.

Individually scoped fee

Preparation is priced separately. Completing the build does not launch outreach.

STRJ · agreed campaign delivery

Run the entry pilot

Outreach through an approved channel, individual follow-up, replies and objections. Coordinating conversations with interested parties and handing over relevant responses with next steps.

A separate delivery budget

An agreed period, capacity and scope. Meeting numbers and closed deals are not guaranteed.

What you receive and what is scoped separately

Deliverables match the commissioned scope: the agreed database export with sources, verification dates, inclusion or exclusion reasons and missing information; campaign materials when preparation is commissioned. An agreed delivery scope additionally provides records of actual outreach and replies, a report and next steps. Tool access and licences have expressly agreed terms.

Applicable taxes, media spend, paid data, licences, translation, travel and specialist review are specified separately. The pilot does not automatically include paid advertising; contact channels are chosen and approved for the particular market.

One market.
One shared brief.

For an established manufacturer, exporter or B2B company with a defined offer. Tell us what you sell, to whom, the target country and when you want to begin.

Martin leads the B&F brief and client coordination. Michal scopes STRJ technical delivery subject to confirmed capacity. One accountable lead, one brief; separately agreed outputs and fees.

What we establish before starting

The economics of the offer, capacity to serve demand, approver, existing clients and excluded accounts, appropriate contact channels, languages and specialist review. We confirm the actual team and expertise for this brief.
